About Baitoey
If a dish arrives looking too cute to eat, I'll ask for one photo before we start. I like restaurants with a bit of style, warm lighting and a calm room, and I'm just as happy at a busy stall if the food is good. Dinner can run long with me, and if the night's going well I'm glad to head somewhere for drinks after. I speak Thai, conversational English and some Chinese, so I can help when the menu is only in Thai, ask the staff what's actually good, and sort out anything confusing. I'm easygoing and like a good chat, but I'm fine sitting back with the music too. Tell me where you're going and I'll come along, and I'll take the photos you actually want.
