Ask me where to eat and I'll probably answer with a question back: what are you hungry for tonight? Food is where I start, then a drink or two, and if the evening still feels good we keep going. My English is only a little, so I speak simply and smile a lot, and somehow it works. I like easy company, no rush, no pressure to fill every silence. Bring your plans for Bangkok and I'll come along happily, eat a bit of everything you order and help you read a Thai menu when the pictures run out. If you want a quiet table, fine. If you want somewhere loud later, also fine.
